HP ElitePad 900 nu verkrijgbaar in Nederland

Emirates Airlines eerste zakelijke klant van HP’s nieuwste tablet

Amstelveen, 28 januari 2013 – HP’s zakelijke tablet ElitePad 900 is sinds deze week verkrijgbaar in Nederland. Deze dunne lichtgewicht tablet-computer is voorzien van een strak aluminium design en heeft toegang tot Wifi en Bluethooth. De HP tablet beschikt standaard over een microSD-slot en optioneel over 3G. De ElitePad 900 wordt geleverd met Windows 8 Pro. Verder heeft HP software toegevoegd voor zakelijke gebruikers zoals data-encryptie en een Access Manager die de veiligheidsstandaard van de tablet op het hoogste niveau houdt.

Eerste zakelijke klant
Luchtvaartmaatschappij Emirates Airlines rust sinds deze maand haar crew uit met de ElitePad 900. Zij neemt in totaal 1.000 stuks van HP’s zakelijke tablet af. De tablet computer helpt de crew bij het bieden van betere in-flight services en het verbeteren van de communicatie met passagiers. Reizigers profiteren van diensten die op maat gemaakt zijn voor hun wensen, zoals hun voorkeur voor eten en drinken tijdens de vlucht. Emirates Airlines is de eerste wereldwijde zakelijke afnemer van de nieuwe tablet van HP.

In de demonstratievideo van Emirates Airlines wordt het gebruiksgemak van de tablet bij de werkzaamheden van de crew getoond.

De ElitePad 900 is verkrijgbaar via de distributeurs van HP computers voor een adviesprijs van 599 euro.
