HP recently celebrated the extension of its PPL network to more than 30,000 sites worldwide, and that it has surpassed 6 million downloads of HP ePrint apps, with the number of people printing to the PPL network doubling every six months. (3)
Users can access the HP PPL network and geolocate the nearest location to submit jobs from the HP ePrint Service app or by logging on to www.hppublicprint.com. To conserve resources for the business and provide security for a submitted print job, a release code, provided upon job submission, must be entered by the user via the printer’s touch panel to initiate printing from the cloud.
HP is exhibiting its joint offerings and corresponding live demos, including this latest solution, for Mobile World Congress 2013 attendees at HP Booth Hall 7, Stand 7D112 at Fira Gran Via through Feb. 28.
